Will Backyard Nikon be updated with the updated Nikon SDK

Nikon updated their SDK on 31 March 2026 to support their newer Z cameras. Will Backyard Nikon be updated to use the new SDK?  Not looking for time frame, just if it is planned.  I upgraded my camera to a Z50 II last year and didn't realize that is wasn't supported yet.  Hoping to use Backyard Nikon again in the future.

Yes, I try t stay current with SDK releases. My biggest handicap is that I can't buy every model, so I rely on owners of specific models to confirm it is working once I implement new models.

You have the Z50 II still?

Yes, I do have the Z50 II.  I would be willing to give feed back on operation once Backyard Nikon is updated, if needed.  I do have a current license for the software.
