Computer change over problem

I've recently had to change over my PC due to problems with the  older one. I tried to migrate the programs and content from old to new but things didn't go well and I can't get my BYN and a number of other programs to run on the new PC. It's a while since I downloaded version 2 (2016/17 ?) can I still download BYN or do I need to start a fresh? 

I still have some config files but no key?

No need to purchase again, just download the latest version (I recommend from the pre-release section), and use the same key.

This said, you have multiple accounts, you did not purchase using the FrancisM account you are currently using to post this thread. See this thread confirming you have 2 accounts, we've had this conversation in the past, lol.

According to the thread above, the account you used to purchase is "FWM891", and you need to login with that account to see your purchase key.
