Planetary 5x live zoom

Hi. I'm trying to shoot planetary using the recommended 5x live zoom for the 1:1 resolution but the 5x zoom shuts off after the first shot. What am I getting wrong? Thanks!

You need to provide information about what camera model you are using and what version of BYE (like 3.2.3 or 3.5.0.RC7) you are using, per the orange banner at the top of this web page.

BYES 3.2.3 premium. Canon EOS RP. I don't even see a 5x zoom option in Planetary or Frame and Focus modes.
