Hi,

You placed your order on Saturday evening, today is Sunday, and I would have replied to your mail Monday. I do need my time with family too.

This said, rings to come in pairs, but you bought a back ordered item / waiting list, and I'm unable to confirm ETA.

I wasn't sure of the proper place to correspond. The earlier post in this forum about questions, concerns, etc had me eventually ask here.

Since our last discussion, I've noticed that the status of the mounting rings has been changed from "Back Ordered" to " Special Order".

Would that perhaps have any notable bearing on the potential shipping date?

- I understand that the Canadian Postal Service strike may very well put an end to all of it for the time being.
- Not to be outdone, Fedex has the new Sky-Watcher  EQ6R Pro mount . . . . somewhere, . . .  with zero idea as to when they will delivery that.

-> Know that I'm pretty-much just whining at this point.

Anyhoo, the grandson just turned two so, not all is bad. Hope you and yours are doing well.
My copy of the BEOS is working great. I like to think that the sky-watcher control will integrate with the BEOS. It seems that it will.

Status has not changed, it's been and was set "Back Ordered" to "Special Order" at time of purchased.

No ETA, let me know if you want a refund, I'm not a huge fan of keeping customer's hard-earned $ hostage.

While I try to stay with vendors in good standing, I agree with your thoughts on the matter.
Yes, if you would, refund the money and I'll try something else.
