Capture Plan Center cleanup

Question

I have been creating some custom plans. However I want to remove some old ones and yet I cannot see how I delete them.

The plans are meant to be located in the default folder c:\Program Files (x86)\BackyardEOSv3.1\Plans

If I navigate there it is empty? I have made sure they are not hidden but making Windows show hidden files and still nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Yes I have looked into the My Pictures folder and there is not a Plan folder there.

The Plan folder is located as above c:\Program Files (x86)...\Plans but it is empty despite me being able to see the plans from within the Backyard EOS interface. Weird?

Your issue is because your have chosen to store your plans in a sub-directory of the distributed executable folder, Program Files (x86).  This is highly discouraged by Microsoft.  Microsoft has put extra protection on the files and folders under Program Files and Program Files (x86) in an effort to protect executables from tampering.  I re-created your issue and then searched for the folder where the Plans were actually stored.  They were actually put in a sub-folder of the normally-hidden AppData folder tree. This does not happen if you store your plans in a subfolder of your User folder (like My Pictures\BackyardEOS\Plans) or on some other drive...I store mine in a D: drive directory.
