Is Canon R50 compatible with Backyard EOS

Hello,

I'm wondering if it's possible to use the Canon R50 with Backyard EOS? It's recognizing the model but not connecting. I noticed earlier this year someone in the support forum was able to get their R50 working with a bit of software, but that software link isn't working any longer.

This is the log info we are getting:

R50 should work with 3.5 pre-release.

The files, as far as we can tell, aren't getting saved. The queue pops up very briefly and then disappears.

This was our log after a brief test. Any ideas?

Thank you! I'm impressed that you have admin support on duty through the holidays. I'm helping my 13 year old with his passion for astrophotography and we are a big fan of Backyard EOS. We will follow on the new thread.
