Canon 6D focus

Hi I just installed BYE today and mostly its great ....One isssue i have though is that when i use teh direction arrows to focus it only works in one direction  EG all the left arrow focus arrows work but not the right direction ones I am using a Sigma 150-600 c Lens ..is this a common issue ?  Thanks

I do not believe that your issue is common.  Certainly, I can drive my EF lenses in either direction.  That is unless the lens is already at one of the limits, then i can only drive it in one direction.
