I can not activate my licence purchased in 2014

I purchased a premiun licences with the email aureliosanchezricart@gmail.com

 

This is the licence key

If you currently have BYE Trial or Classic Edition click on the " i " icon in the upper right corner in BYE and enter your Premium key there.

When i tried to activate it is asking me the identifier. That I was not aware.

 

I have just created a new account to be able to dowload the sw but I purchased it in 2013.

Hi, I have removed your key from your post.  This is a public forum.  If you post/share your key again in any public forum I will cancel your key and ban you from any upgrade in the future.  Please use good judgement with -your- personal software activation key!

 

Please follow the instructions on the upgrade page to upgrade to the latest 3.1.
