The M10 is not in the list of supported cameras. This typically means 1 of 2 things. Either Canon has chosen not to provide support for tethering the camera via their Software Development Kit (the library that BYE uses for remote control) as they did for other early mirrorless models or that BYE has not yet been tested and tweaked to talk to the M10.

If your issue is the latter, then your screenshot should provide the information that the devs need to support the camera. They would then provide a pre-release version that you can download and test with your M10. If all the BYE functionality works with the M10 then support would be included in the next release and the M10 would be added to the list of supported camera models.
