Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade my v3.0 Classic to v3.1 (Classic) I've cut and pasted the 29 digit code into the coupon area at checkout as required but I'm getting no joy - comes up 'the coupon code you entered is not valid'.
I would be grateful if you could assist. My personal email address is <email removed>
