Purchased but payment failed though charged

I paid through the paypal system you guys use for Backyard EOS 3.1 Premium and I got an email saying the charge failed yet my bank statement shows a clear charge for the 50 dollars listed as: 
 

09/06/2015   ($50.00)    $1,679.90  PAYPAL *OTELES 2211 North First S San Jose CAUS 

So what's going on here? I'd rather not try to pay again and get yet another 50 dollar charge. Thanks!

Let me check the system.  If the payment did indeed go through I'll link it to your account manually.  What happens sometimes is that the payment does go through but the background notification that PayPal sends as a confirmation does is received promptly and when that happens the payment is mark as failed even though it did went through.

All fixed now, your key is in your client area in the upper right corner of this site.

 

This is the error we had in our logs "PayPal did not verify data passed back.".
