Question

 

i AM ONE OF THE FIRST FEW MEMBERS IN BYE & I SEEM TO HAVE BEEN EXPUNGED FROM BYE RECORDS

I CAN'T LOG IN ANYMORE TO ORIGINAL BYE

THERE IS NO RECORD OF MY ACCOUNT NOR PAID UPGRADE

WHEN I TRIED TO UPGRADE BYE DOESN'T RECOGNIZE ME

ONE GOOD THING IS THAT GUY RECOGNIZED ME AT STARFEST :-)

 

WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE NELP ME GET GOING AGAIN, BOB

EOS Utility is running.

 

Go to task manager a kill the EOS Utility process.

 

OR, start BYE 3.1.5, go to Settings -> Advance Settings and uncheck "EOS Utiltiy Check".

 

Please start a new thread when you report issues in the future.  Posting in an existing thread for a different issue is not good practice.

Hi Bob,

 

In the past in was possible to purchase without an account, that is it.  So old purchases are not online.

 

Please follow the instruction on the upgrade page to get your free upgrade to 3.1 :)

 

Oh... capital letters = shouting in forums :(

Let me know if you need additional assistance for the upgrade.
