License Validation Error

Question

I recently purchased a new laptop.  I've deleted all BYEOS v.3.0.0 files from my old computer, I'm now trying to install BYEOS v.3.0.0 on the new one, when I paste my license key from the original email into the Licence Key box and click "Validate License", it comes back with "License validation error".

It should work.

 

Are you sure you are using your purchase key and not an expired trial key?

 

Are you sure you are copying all 5 lines as-is?

 

If it still does not work send me your key at support@binaryrivers.com and I'll test it for you.
