There is no reset really, just copy&paste the license key as it appears in "My Purchases -> Orders" here on the website. This ensures there are no typos in the license key

You may also want to disable your anti-virus during the validation, some will block the call to the server for valication.

Keep us posted please, keys should just work. I did check on the server and your key is active and working.
