backyard eos ,continues capturing after #capt. has passed /wont stop

hello all for some reason my software will not stop capturing images after  the input number of captures has been reached/i have been using this program for about a year with no issues and love it  use it with canons rebel xsi and t1i both but mainly the t1i. any help wud be appreciated

I think you probably have toggled ON the loop button... just to the right of the start capture button.  Click it to toggle it off and try again.
