Software Purchase?

Question

I purchased your Backyard Nikon on June third and got an email that it had gone through.  I was billed by you by Paypal and it showed-up on my bank statement.  

 

Then a new email on the fourth said that payment had failed.

 

I am still out fifty dollars and no software.

 

Could you please fix this?

Ok, for some reason PayPal did not confirm the transaction automatically to our server as they normally do.

 

I have approved your purchase and your software key is in your client area (upper right corner of this site).

 

Sorry for your troubles :(
