License key not validating on second pc

Hi, I purchased the premium edition of Backyard EOS and installed without problems on my desktop. 

I then installed on my laptop but when I put in my license key and press Validate, it just hangs.

I understand I can only use it on one pc at once, but I thought I could install it on more than one pc at a time? If not, how do I deactivate on my desktop, as i will mostly use my laptop with my telescope?

It shouldn't be hanging, and yes, you can install it on more than one computer.

Did you try a reboot? There is not a lot to go on with your brief description. Also, it is possible that your antivirus is preventing the 'call home' for the key validation.
