Since I have received a few PMs regarding the status on a few of my most recent orders (prior to the one I just received last night), I figured I would post a status update here.
For the last four individuals who have ordered the MC-DC2-to-USB cable I offer, there has been a rather unpleasant and unexpected delay in the completion of these orders. Again, this does not affect the order I received last night - it only affects orders made from October 10th to October 23rd, 2014.
This delay is due to an unexpected and rather lengthy delay in the receipt of some of the components I have ordered to complete them. These components were expected midweek last week as I had ordered them two weeks ago, and I had initially specified expedited shipping.
As a consequence of the delay, I have been unable to complete and ship my last four orders previous to last night's.
I have strived to complete, test, and ship every one of my orders in a timely manner and this latest delay has hampered my abilities to do so.
As a result, I wish to sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping them and be assured that once I receive the components, I will ship them immediately.
I have also backordered more component supply to eliminate this from happening in the future.
