2 cameras on same mount

For the case of two cameras on one mount (maybe one wide field and one narrow, or two different filters) could we have an option for camera 2 start (each image) capture to be slaved to camera 1?

As long as camera 2's exposure was <= camera 1 that would get us around the dither problem.

I guess it would actually be the start of mirror lock.

Interesting, but I really want all the features of the two instances. I just want an option for instance two to slave off instance one for mirror lock start and/or shutter open.

 

Seems like more client server capability would do the job?
