Question
JimNadeau
Sorry for posting this question once again, but my search results don't seem to apply to my situation...Loading all my AP software onto a new laptop. Windows 10I have my initial license key (201 characters) from December 2013.My user name at that time was associated with the old Binary Rivers website, and does not appear to transfer over to this site. So I just had to create new user name and password here to download BYEOS (v.3.1)Once I try to activate, I get a message saying "Could not find any recognizable digits"This occurs when I copy and paste the entire 201 character key, or manually type in the beginning 34 (includes hyphens) characters which it looks like what the new activation pop-up is asking for.Not sure if my issues are stemming from the potential user name confusion, or the license key input.Any help is appreciated,JimJust found the info needed from a new post. My solution was found here if it happens to apply to anyone else looking at this....
