  1. Hello, I am currently using BYE version 3.2.3, Premium Edition. My camera is the Cannon EOS 6D Mark II. I would like to know if an HDMI to HDMI connection cable between the computer and the camera will function. Thanks. Marc.
  2. Hello, I am new to autoguiding and want to ensure dithering is activated for my imaging sessions from a BackyardEOS perspective. Here are the pertinent technical details: Cannon EOS 6D, PHD2 (has dithering enabled), Skywatcher quattro 200p, ZWO mini 120 guide camera, Orion 60 X 240 guidescope. What specific settings are required in Backyard EOS? I believe I only need to check the "Dither on start-up" box in the "settings" window? I am assuming the default setting in the "dither" section of the settings window work generaly quite well...confirm? What is the purpose of the "Dither" button on the main screen? Thank you, Marc.
  3. Please disregard my previous message. I believe the problem was with an incorrect entry of my user name. The last 2 letters were cut off in the cart window for some reason and when I input the exact user name as it appears in the cart window the software worked. Thank you.
  4. Hello, I have tried to activate the software using the previous licence key (it was in the window by default) and the new one that was displayed once I proceeded to the cart. Neither one worked. Are you able to assist? Thank you.
  5. Hello, would it be possible to obtain a 30 day extension of my trial version of Backyard EOS for Cannon cameras? My user name: lacroixmarcroger@hotmail.com Further, are the fees quoted for the licences payable on an annual basis, or are they on a one time basis only? Thank you, Marc Lacroix.
