  1. Hello everyone. I'm very new to all of this... First time posting... Got Premium Edition of BYEOS... Learning Tutorial on YouTube... Not a computer genius but I could get around a bit... Cannot for the sake of me get Drag and Drop into preview to work.... tried everything... Any Suggestion people ? Guylain runs 3 computers with Window 10 and it works for him... I tried to drop JPEGS and CR2 files ... No Luck. Tried with Admin Priveledges and without. Still no luck..... If someone out there can respond I would appreciate... Thanks-you for your time.
  2. When I drag and drop images (CR2) into the preview area, the program only loads 4 of them (or it does not show them all and/or the scroll bar doesn't scroll). Thanks Jay See log below: logfile-20170108-09h33m58s910-7232-2017-01-08.txt
  3. I am trying to drag images to BYEOS Preview mode but not having any luck. Image area of BYEOS says "Drag images here to preview". When I try dragging a file and hover over, get a circle with cross mouse icon, dropping has no effect. What am I doing wrong (probably something obvious :=) ? Thanks, Dave
  4. Hi last night I had two problems. I have seen them both before, but considered them to be coincidences. But they were not. 1. At some point BYN refused to display preview images. No matter what I did I could not make them show. I had to use an other program to display them. 2. During a long night imaging I have to change the battery pack. A few times I have forgotten to disconnect before removing the battery. The loss of power of course disconnects BYN, but it is then impossible to reconnect. I get a message that I have to select the correct Canon driver. (Don't remember the exact wording in the pop-up window.) Only solution is to shut down BYN and restart it. That solved the problem. -2016-03-08.txt] Helge
  5. Hi Guylain I am using the premium NIKON 1.0.3 version. The program is very usefull since it helps me with manual focussing my Nikon equipment. Only disadvantage is the missing support of the lens focussing as it works for Cannon. I would appreciate very much, and most likely also the other NIKONIANS, that this feature will be implemented one time. There is one issue I cannot fix with the settings. In Imaging, starting a PREVIEW, -----> saves the picture in the download directory as PREVIEW_+filename templates.ext starting a CAPTURE, -----> saves the picture in the BackyardTEMP/Download directory as img_n.ext How can I fix it? It seems that there is something mixed up. Willi Germany
