Hyperion systems were developed to satisfy an OEM need for cameras with a shorter distance front-to-back. Hyperions use MicroLine electronics, and support any sensor listed for MicroLines, with one caveat: Hyperions do not support 63.5 or 65mm shutters. Hyperions offer the same deep cooling, high frame rates, and low noise as MicroLine cameras.
At 4 x 6.75 x 3.35 inches, the Hyperion is a small camera with big camera capabilities. 
Each component of the Hyperion camera is designed and manufactured for a long life in the most demanding conditions. Hyperion download speeds are fast yet maintain the 16-bit resolutionnecessary to produce high quality images. Hyperion cameras can cool to as much as 60°C below ambientwithout water assist. Simply set the Hyperion cooling where you want it and the camera will do the rest, quickly and without worries.
