The Giant Dovetail clamping plate 8” is an extra sturdy, black aluminum anodized machined clamp suitable for 10Micron 8″ dovetail bar #10M-4540 as well as for Planewave OTA’s CDK 17, CDK 20 and CDK 24. Although it fits also the medium-size the GM2000 mounts, this clamping plate is specially recommended for very heavy optical configurations on the GM3000 & GM4000 mounts.
