I just tried it with camera & lens on AF and it worked great - thank you for your help. -

Thank you for the response. Yes, I have a Tamron 150-600mm lens on the camera and the camera & lens are on manual focus. I take it from what you said if I put the camera and lens on autofocus I will then see the chevrons and be able to adjust the focus? -

Just downloaded the Backyard Nikon trial version 2.1.1 this afternoon. I have a Nikon D7100 and want to use BYN in conjunction with SGP to focus without having to go out and focus manually, I use Windows 10 Pro and connect remotely to my MacBook Pro inside. I was hoping to be able to disconnect the camera from SGP, connect up the camera in BYN, do a remote focus, and reconnect to SGP. Everything connects up fine, live view works as does taking images. However in the Frame and Focus mode I am not seeing the focus control arrows that can be clicked on to increase or decrease focus (tha
