  1. The software is now working after I restarted my computer. Thanks for your help everyone. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
  2. So, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. I'm showing connected in the software, but I'm still having the same issue. Also, the program locks up when I try to use the live view (frame & focus).
  3. First off, I just want to say that I've been using Backyard EOS for years and it has worked great. I love this software. My problems came up when I upgraded my laptop. I put in a brand new SSD, and did a clean install of windows 10. Backyard EOS is connecting to my camera (stock Canon T3i aka 600D) via USB and is able to drive image captures, but for some reason the images aren't transferring to the computer. I know there is a drop-down menu to select where the images are stored (camera only, PC only, or camera + PC) but changing setting this doesn't work. Any help or suggestions are welcome. I'm still kicking myself for not checking out all of my equipment before going out last night.
