BYE Stopped Working

Question

Hi,

Just purchased the latest vesion of BYE. Installed the software and entered my ID and key - message appeared telling me that BYE had stopped working. I have removed the software and re-installed twice - still the same problem.

 

Help! I want to use my new app!
