PURCHASED BACKYARD EOS BEFORE 2015 WITH EMAIL ADDRESS NO LONGER IN USE

Hello,

I have the premium edition 3.0 for windows and would like to upgrade,  I read that I would need to create an account to do this.

I tried upgrading, entering my product key in checkout but it did not take. Too many characters. 

Is this the forum to have this resolved. I'm starting back into astrophotography and liked using this program with my Canon Dslr.

Hi, you still need to send me your pre-2015 software to be eligible for a free upgrade.  Hopefully, you have stored your software key elsewhere. 

If you purchased before 2015, you do NOT have a free upgrade coupon as per upgrade instructions, you need to send me your pre-2015 software key via email.
