Activation key not showing in the 'My Purchases/Orders'

Hi O'Telescope,

I've just downloaded Backyard Nikon 2.1.2 and gone to my orders and found it blank? and cannot get the Key to use the program.

I've been using  BYN for a few years to the last version 2.0.10 which I appear to have downloaded on 12th Nov 2019.

Any reason I can't get my activation key?

If your key is not there, it means you created multiple accounts, and you purchased with another account.  You need to log in with the account you purchased with, and your key should be there.

This said, only keys purchase after January 1st 2015 are on the website under "My Purchase -> Orders".  If you purchased before January 2015, you need to find the email you received with your key from back then.

A key is not created when you download BYN. To have a key created you have to purchase the key in the Store. A Trial key is free and you will not be asked to provide a credit card.

Mine showed up hours later under my purchases>orders.  It didn't immediately show up but maybe my internet connection?

The key that you were using with BYN 2.0.10 should automatically be applied to any new installation. Unless it is an expired Trial key.

Hi Admin,

To my knowledge I only have the one account.

I will have upgraded to 2.0.10 since 2015. II have no emails on this PC before 2019 and the key for 2.0.10 only displays the final few characters when opening the program

My user name is FrancisM

Is there somewhere I can find the key within the program?

In fact, look at the thread below from 2 years ago, you actually used your second account as well as your current account in that same thread, 2 accounts, 1 Francis

Your key is in that other account.

The copy of your FrancisM account is irrelevant.

You need to log in with the account you used to purchased, and you'll find your key in there, period. 

I even linked thread above where you posted here on the forum with your other account, look at it..... you'll see your other account username, just login with that account, and you'll have access to your purchases and software key.
