I downloaded a "Shutter Count" program and now my Canon EOS T5i will not connect to BYE. It did before the download, now it won't. Below is the "Log file".
Worked fine 2022-02-24. I uploaded a "Shutter Count" program. I did not work, so I removed/uninstalled it, 2022-02-27. Now my camera will not connect to BYE.
Using BYE 3.2.2

13:50:27 Attempting to connect camera...
13:50:27 Canon drivers 'Canon\' initialized.
13:50:27 Camera Not Found! Make sure it's connected to the PC and turned ON
