License Fault Error

jproehl

Question

Hi:

Trying to run BYE v3.2 on two different windows machines (NOT at the same time) and it comes up with "License Fault Error".  I am using the License Key listed in My Purchases with my identifier.  However, I notice that under my purchases it lists the version as 3.1 did BYE get updated so that my license will no longer work??

Please advise.

The 3.1 license is good for 3.1 and later, but not for earlier versions prior to 3.1.

If you get the license fault error on both machines it is likely you are mistyping the license key. Instead, use Copy and Paste to transfer the key and identifier from the web site to the BYE License Validation dialog.

I believe I did that on one of the machines. Regardless, I’ve checked the key digit by digit with the one listed on the website and confirmed my user name. But, I’ll try again and let you know.

Your key has not been deactivated, not sure where this comment is coming  from.

The key under account "jproehl" is active.

Which version exactly are you using, you said 3.2 but that is not sufficient.  What is the full 3 digit version number?
