Font Unhandled Error

I am sorry if this has been asked before, I was not able to find a search function on the support forum.

 

I just got the trial version and added the key.

On opening BYE for the first (and second time).

I've been treated to a Error dialog box saying

 

OOPS! This is embarrassing. An handled error has occurred.

Font 'Arial Narrow' does not support style 'Regular'.

 

With just the option OK, and no way to say "well, don't use Arial Narrow, because that is not a good font to use".

 

I've added the log file, but the main problem I am guessing you will want to see if the below code.

 

I do have Arial installed on my machine, I have no idea why it's choosing to try and use Arial Narrow as it's primary. Unfortunately something on my machine has locked the Arial Narrow, Possibly Chrome, and I am not able to uninstall it for testing.

Hello, I've just got to work so I made an account for my Work Laptop so I could get the trial working on here.
 
This which also has Arial Narrow installed but this has a different version of Windows. This being Win8.1 and home PC being Win7.
 
But I have noticed this laptop also has the addition of "Arial Narrow Italic" installed. I am not sure if that makes a difference. But it runs on this laptop and goes straight through to the interface.

 

Looks nice.

 

Though I have noticed a small problem with the Toggle Buttons. If you click down on them, and then drag mouse off of the button, and then release, the action doesn't fire, but display of the button changes to its activated state.

 

The reverse is also true, if you click on an active toggle button, drag off, and release, then it looks deactivated but no action was triggered.

Thanks for reporting back.  I'll try to fix the Arial font issue in the next 3.1.4 release.
