error code 36107

to start i am completely new to all of this...that said im aware the issue is more than likely with me..i purchased the latest version of BYE 3.2.2 Premiere...my camera is also new a canon eos rp...my problem is in the imaging menu..it doesnt display any image on the BYE screen..there is an image on the camera itself...if i toggle over to the frame and focus tab the image appears and i can use all the functions...i keep getting the error 36107...any suggestions please

Do you have BYE configured to save image to the PC? BYE cannot display the images if you have configured it to only save them to the camera's memory card.

Frame and Focus displays images in a different way from the Imaging tab.

yes it is set to save to PC only

Take a look at this thread... you may not have configured your camera to be able to take pictures without a lens.
