Trial serial number not working

I downloaded yesterday the app for nikon and trial serial number provided is not working need a working one please, thanks

Don't enter the license key manually, use copy and paste to transfer it from the web site page to the BYN license validation dialog. That eliminates any typographical errors.

The server logs show that you activated your key 19 hours ago.

Also, make use you BackyardNIKON with your BackyardNIKON key, not BackyardEOS.  I see you have downloaded both.

I did only nikon and it downloaded also red but when I paste the serial number says that serial not activated or not existing even with my username correct, can that be reset in order to try it, thanks

What version of BYN... full version number please; trial keys will only work with the latest version in most cases.

Validation errors are 99.99% keying error... please note that your identifier is case-sensitive and *must* be exactly as shown in your "My Purchases -> Orders" from the website.

Yes what I did is last night download software from the link I got on my account, then copied the key on my purchases, and as identifier typed my user ID bestgabe. And it didn't work, the whole idea is I run a group here in las vegas and I want to make a review test on YouTube for all the in order to make them buy it because I heard great things about it to set and go.

Personal computer and it says that serial number is not accepted what I will do is as soon as I get home I send a photo of the dialog that opens on the computer

thanks it worked great, after trial if i decide to buy it i would need to uninstall and reinstall the software or is only a simple update.?

No update is necessary. Just apply the purchased license to the existing installation.
