My telescope laptop computer that I use does not seem to work when I use the trail license key. I get "not found" message when prompted to put in my key and identifier. My home computer accepts it just find. The laptop was a window 7 machine upgraded to windows 10. Has anyone have any ideas of what to try? Include here is the log file
