Can not get the BackyardEDS 3.1.18 to load after the computer has been off for more than 6 months.  The program keeps asking for log-in name.  I put in present log-in name and past and still will not validate.  I have the license Key.  Tried to contact O'Telescope with no reply from them yet.  I really like to use the program this weekend.  Hope for a response soon.  Why this issue?  I paid for the program and should be able to use even though the computer it is on has been off for a while.  I am very frustrated!

This Forum IS the Support Forum for O'Telescope.  Guylain is the Owner / Author / Support for BYE/BYN.

In the mean time, make sure that you have your Login Credentials correct - the Credentials that you used when you Purchased your BYE.  Hint, look for your Order Confirmation Email.

(Note:  Heed the Big Red Banner above and DO NOT post your Key Info...)

(Also - you might want to download and upgrade to the current version 3.2.2, as there have been over a year of Updates and Fixes since 3.1.18...)

Obviously you are logged in because you posted to the forum. So scroll to the top of the page and click on My Purchases and Orders to see the licensea that you got while logged in as your current username. If you do not see any licenses it is because you have created multiple accounts on the site and the license(s) are under a different account.

Thanks You Guys.  I got the program to load.  I had updated my user name and forgot my past user name.  Now this weekend will be fun.  Thanks Again.
