I cannot access my Paypal account

Is there an alternative way to pay as I cannot access my Paypal account?  When I fill out the form to purchase, it will not allow me to use my credit card or email address as they are both registered to a Paypal account that I cannot access.

I only accept PayPal at the moment

 

I can accept an international money order in Canadian funds if push comes to shove.  Contact me directly at support@otelescope.com if you want to go that route.

 

However, I recommend that you try to resolve your PayPal account issue with PayPal as well.

I'm just wondering if a friend could purchase on my behalf using their credit card & their Paypal account? Could the software licence be transferred to me?

Yes and no.

 

Make sure he buys a Gift Certificate instead... then you can claim the gift certificate under your account name and have the $50 credit under your account.  Then you can purchase BYE and the credit will mean you'll get it for free under your name.
