Screen stays Red

Dennis_from_Hampshire

Question

 Windows 10 laptop.

The initial Loading screen is white. When I click on Daylight the screen remains Red.  When I click on the upper right corner X to close the program it floods the entire screen in Red.  I have to use Power Shutdown to clear the screen.  This has been a problem for the last 4 times I have tried to image.

Do I need to delete the files and reload?  Thanks.  Dennis

Please when you report an issue, always tell us what version of BYE you are using, the version is a 3 part dotted-decimal number like 3.2.2.

The BYE splash screen is always black and white. With the main screen you can switch between the selected Daylight color and Night Vision mode with the button that is to the left of the Setting button.

If other applications are also in Red and stay red when you exit from BYE, then it is possible that you have launched BackyardRED and that is the purpose of BackyardRED. It turns the entire screen reddish. It has controls to control the opacity of the red layer and to exit BackyardRED. See below:

That slider is at the very top center of the screen and you can close it by clicking on the X.
