BYN/BYE translated in Chinese Traditional (zh-TW)

A huge thank you to 'tc.wu' for taking the time recently to translate BYE/BYN into Chinese Traditional (zh-TW).

 

The new language will be available in the next release BYE 3.1.3 and BYN 1.0.1.
