The great nebulae of Orion

Mathieu

Question

Hi all,

After 30 days of trial, I purchased the premium version of the excellent BackyardEOS yesterday and immediatly went in my backyard to test it.

I'm so happy with the result that I wanted to share my first image of the Great Nebulae of Orion.

I would like to thanks the BackyardEOS team to provide such a good software at a such affordable price.
Thanks to Master Forrest Tanaka for his videos tutorials that have helped me a lot.

Wish to all happy stagrzings !

That is a very nice image of M42-M43 !!

Not to turn this into an Image Processing How-To (this isn't the correct forum), but as you are shooting with a Canon DSLR and capturing full-color, you should explore the 3rd tab in the DSS Image Process "Tool" - Saturation.

Set the Saturation to 20-30%, and amaze yourself at the amount of COLOR that you can capture with your DSLR controlled by BYEOS !!
