Question

As I am using NINA in general, I have been trying to integrate my CANON EOS 500 into the NINA environment. NINA does not support Mirror lock up (to avoid the vibration due to mirror move) so I have tried connecting to the camera through Backyard EOS. In general it works - I use the ASCOM DSLR driver in NINA, align the same port (e.g. 1499) and enable the TCP server in the BYEOS settings, and indeed, when I take a picture through NINA, I can see what is happening in BYEOS and the mirror delay is implemented.
My problem is that NINA losses connection to the camera after a couple images. I have tried playing a bit with the delay (in case it is a downloading / memory issue) but it didn't seem to fix it. Once it did 5 images in a row but nearly all other times it does 2 or 3.
I am asking the same question on NINA forum - any ideas what may be the cause of this?
