Savings FITS Files

Any plans for saving the images as a FITS file?  This option would really make life a lot easier for live stacking.

No plans at the moment, most processing tools will read the DSLR raw files just the same, so this makes it a low priority ask for BYE / BYN.

If you are live stacking images, to me that means that you are using them for display, rather than processing into a hi-res astrophoto. Can you use JPG for this?

DeepSkyStacker-Live (DSS-Live) will stack Raw Files from almost every DSLR and Mirrorless which BYE/BYN supports.
