Changing the Default settings

phutchis2000@yahoo.co.uk

Question

Hi  I have the BYE Premium edition 3.2.1. Every time I start the application or when the battery of my camera requires changing during a capture session and it disconnects for BYE, I have to reset the default settings back to my chosen ones e.g. Quality to Raw and the  Subfolder directory to Library. Is it possible to have these as the default settings rather than have to change them back all the time?  Cheers  Paul

First, in the future when you post a question or issue relating to BYE, please post it in the BYE Forum. This is where Canon DSLR owners and BYE users look for solutions.

Several people (Windows 10 users) have reported problems with BYE not saving settings after a Windows Update. Please follow the steps in the annotated screenshot in this post to correct your Windows folder permissions.
