Canon EOS T7i will not connect to BYEOS

I have the latest BYEOS, recently purchased. I hooked up my Canon Rebel EOS t7i. I got it to work and could see the image feed. After a few moments everything went away. Now the camera will not connect. Help!

Do you have it set to auto-shut off after a few minutes of inactivity?  

Make sure nothing is set to go to sleep, camera, usb port, ssd, etc...

Also, make sure Windows sees the camera in Device Manager.
