Question

Dear all Happy New Year!

I am using Canon EOS 5D sr. I have installed BYE v3.2 and everything works fine ...apart the creation of images! (still or video). The software cannot save anything into PC. Images can be saved in the CF card. The strange thing is that the PLANTERY or PLAN folders are created automatically and the log history says that everything is ok, but no images are produced in reality.

I know that Canon EOS 5D sr is not in the list of compatible models (which is a pity!), but has anyone the answer to my problem? Any idea? Anyone who tested Canon EOS 5D rs?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Alexandros

Dear Administrator and astroman133,

The images were not displayed in BYE, but the LiveView was working.

astroman133, you are absolutely right that 5DS R is indeed in the list! Apologies. I was confused. 😞

astroman133, Tanks so much! That was it! Avast Anti-Virus was blocking the download! I added BYE in the exceptions and everything works fine now!!! πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Thank you both! I could not imagine that somebody would answer my question so fast a few hours before the New Year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!Β  (Here we are already in 2021)
