cannot start BYE v3.2 on Windows 10

Hi,

 

I just downloaded a trial version of BYE 3.2 and installed it on Win 10.  On start up, it asks for the license key and identifier in a small black box. I entered the license key from my purchase page as well as my identifier.  However, nothing happens after that. 

 

Characters in the black box is clipped/truncated vertically and there's no button to press visible (say,'Ok' or 'cancel'). The box cannot be enlarged, either.  

 

How should I run BYE to go past this screen?

Thank you for the reply. I resolved it, but it was not a permission issue. It was an issue with BYE on a high resolution computer and updating to the latest version (3.2.2 RC1) resolved it. There was a posting on the topic here, but I couldn't find it at the moment.

This has been discussed a few times here already.

Looks like Windows permissions are messed up.  Try the following steps in this post.
