Will this combination work?

Hi,

 

I have been using a PC with BYE and a canon T3/1100 for years. I now have a macbook air, which i now have bootcamp on. Will my old T3 work with BYE on this computer? If so, can you send me my product key again, to my email, so that I can take pictures of the great conjunction?

We don't send keys by email, they are available 24/7 here on the website under "My Purchases -> Orders".

when i click on my purchases -> orders, it says i have no orders.

There is only one reason for this.  You did NOT order using that account.  You need to log in with the account you used to purchase to see your orders.

He was the OP for this thread, but had a second question that he appended to the thread when what he should have done was to create a new thread.

He may have been using a very old version of BYE, like 2.0.9, and he has not done the free upgrade to a "new" license key. In that case he needs to use his old license key to get a new license key by following the Upgrade Instructions in the page footer.

That's too funny, sometimes I'm just too quick to reply. 

In any case, the OP has another account, he needs to log in with that account to see his purchases.

I'm hopeless. I dont know that account. I moved recently and lost the key and the laptop that the software was on (it was the schools and I returned it) is gone.

Can you help?

I just merged your 2 accounts.  Your key should be in "My Purchases -> Orders" under your new account now.
