'5x' button doesn't seem to work with 5D MkIV

Question

Hi,

I'm trying to use Backyard EOS with a Canon 5D MkIV camera. When I press on the '5x' button, the application freezes a bit, then 'nothing happens' (e.g. nothing changes visually and the 5x button remains 'unselected'). I wonder what I'm doing wrong.

This is with Backyard EOS 3.2.1 Premium Edition and a Canon 5D MkIV camera.

yes, for example I go to 'frame and focus', then on the right side of the main image I'm trying to press the '5x' button. can't attach screenshot as it was bigger than what is allowed to upload for the forum

re moving the zoom box: the effect is the same, even I move the box or not

please see the log file attached
