Overlapping Text on 4k resolution screen

I use a surface book 2 and just started using the EOS Backyard last night. I am having issues of overlapping text on 3240 x 2160p resolution which is the default resolution for this laptop. I have attached the screenshot. Is there a workaround for this?

Not designed for 4k.  You need to scale it down to full HD.

It seems like everything works, except for the Advanced Settings dialog. Would making it be resizeable alleviate the issue?

In 3.2.1 I did set "SetProcessDpiAwareness" for a better user experience, and compared to previous version this is the best bang for buck to eventually support 4k.  There are other places where it is a bit weird, aside from the smaller icons.  Not undoable for sure.

If helpful to others I had a similar problem on a MS surface pro. Text was jamming together and overlapping in many areas of the app regardless of screen settings. The RC above fixed this issue. Thank you for the continued development.
