File format cr2

Question

Hi

I am using a canon 5d mk 4.

Adobe bridge (cs 5)  is not recognising the file format of the raw pictures. cr2.

I have the latest adobe DNG convertor. The pictures dont show up when i go into the relevant folder 

when i use the convertor.

I am running windows 10'

Any solutions?

You may need the latest version of Adobe Camera Raw!

In camera is the storage location, RAW is the image quality. They do not affect each other.

CR2 files that are stored to the camera's memory card should be the same as CR2 files that are created by BYE, except for the custom EXIF metadata values that may be added by BYE.
